Your subconscious mind is like a hidden reservoir of thoughts, memories, beliefs and emotions that operate beneath your conscious awareness and is responsible for over 90% of the way you think, feel and behave. It operates from a place of perceived safety and what it believes is in your best interests. It aims to protect and guide you based on its interpretation of past experiences and learned patterns, but this may not always align with your conscious desires and at times can lead to you forming negative feelings about yourself or the world. If you want to change what's going on deep within your mind, then you need a way to access it - and this is where hypnosis comes in.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool that helps to access the subconscious mind by inducing a natural state of relaxation and focused attention. In this state, information can be brought forward from the subconscious to the conscious mind and suggestibility is increased, meaning that positive changes in mindset or behaviour can be more readily facilitated.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), created by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, combines hypnosis and other carefully designed hypnotherapeutic techniques (including elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and inner-child healing) to work with your subconscious and gain insight into the root cause of your issue by investigating how past events have led you to form the unhelpful beliefs and habits that are currently affecting your life.
