The Belief™ method combines Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformation Therapy®, coaching and one-to-one support to create powerful transformations. The Belief™ method consists of six pillars - each one being a process along your journey from doubt, anxiety and low self-worth towards hope, confidence, empowerment and happiness.

During our consultation we will discuss your current situation and identify the main issue that is negatively impacting your life. We will establish your goals and your vision for your future self. We will also get clear on what is required to create a lasting transformation and commit to it.

EXPLORE YOUR MIND

For an effective transformation to take place, you need to understand why you're thinking and feeling this way. Using hypnosis, your subconscious mind will be gently guided to identify the root cause of your issue and the corresponding limiting beliefs you've formed along the way.

LET GO OF LIMITATIONS

Negative beliefs about yourself, others and the world can hold you back and keep you feeling stuck, unhappy and anxious. Understanding that you no longer need to hold on to these limiting beliefs gives you the emotional freedom to move forward.

INSTALL NEW BELIEFS

Positive, healthy and empowering beliefs will now replace the old, unhelpful ones. This requires time, perseverance and repetition. Consistent daily listening of a bespoke transformational recording allows the positive suggestions to be embedded deep into your unconscious mind.

As your unconscious mind adjusts to new ways of thinking and feeling, you will start to experience life more positively. While the changes will feel natural, they require strengthening and and reinforcing to ensure a lasting transformation.
