WELCOME TO YOU AND ME HYPNOTHERAPY

My name is Simone and I am a Hypnotherapist based in Margate, Kent and online. I help people transform the way they think and feel using Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), created by award-winning therapist Marisa Peer.

RTT aims to bring about powerful, long-lasting results in only a few sessions by tackling your issue at its core. 

 As a teacher of 18 years and now as a Hypnotherapist, I am always fascinated by what the human mind can learn and achieve, given the right conditions and support. Once you have made a commitment to helping yourself, I will work closely alongside you, helping you utilise the power of your own mind to heal and transform yourself and ensuring that you feel safe, heard and supported throughout the therapy process. This therapist-client partnership is the inspiration behind the name You and Me Hypnotherapy.

 

Working online means that my clients can be located anywhere in the world and for local clients I can offer in-person sessions in my Hypnohut, located in Margate (pictured below). All sessions are carried out with sensitivity and in the strictest confidence. As a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I maintain high professional standards at all times; I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS disclosure. On a side note, I am also a certified birth doula, supporting and enabling women to have a positive pregnancy/birthing experience (visit my website​).
